Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art practiced by millions across the globe. Tai Chi enhances your overall health and wellbeing, reduces stress and calms the mind, promoting confidence and improving balance - not to mention being fun and social.

 

I have been practicing Tai Chi for over 8 years and teaching for over 6 years, across Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire - under the Wutan School of Martial Arts (based in Southampton), the biggest traditional Tai Chi and Martial Arts school in Great Britain.

 

I am currently running group classes in Bourne End, Wooburn Green, Cookham and Jordans/ Chalfont St.Peter and you are welcome to come along for a free taster session.

 

In addition I am available for corporate groups, or one-to-ones.
